🤩🤩🤩With my Pregnancy Yoga Training and being a trained Nurse and Health Visitor I am going to reconsider starting a Pregnancy Yoga Class/course?
Its in the planning stage so far and will only be a very small group
( 3 people) at my cabin in Outwell.

I have been so lucky that the wonderful activities lady Hickathrift House Care Home - Barchester Healthcare encouraged me in to deliver Reiki to the residents which the residents love, its an absolutely amazing experience and I get to do this twice a month, who would have thought this when given up an job in Health Visiting with no idea of what the future held. Thanks Kat

We have been doing some work around Gratitude in Yoga this last week.
For me I am grateful everyday for the people that have supported me in this new business in this last year, from every one who has tried a class, helped pack up, taken things to my car, washed up, provided cakes for an event, and my family who have 'listened' to my worries (when I have a moment), helped with tech/website. I really could not have started this business without you all.

I have been quiet at my ' Little Shop' since I have moved into the new cabin, but will be opening on regular occasions for anyone to shop or come and see the cabin and see if Reiki maybe for you.
Shop opening times Wednesdays 10-12 and Friday 10-12. On occasions I may have a Reiki appointment but will let you know ;).
I can always open by appointment also.

Such sad news, for anyone who contributed to the charity event we held last year I am saddened that she finally lost her battle. This amazing lady turned her own illness into a charity to help others, and her and her family’s aim is to keep it going.

It is with great sadness to inform you all that Emma passed away at home yesterday surrounded by her family. She didn’t go lightly and battled until the very end, she was not going to let cancer define her.

Thank you to all the family and friends who have constantly reached out to us and given their support. Although Emma didn’t get around to reading all the messages she knew how much she was loved.

I would like to take the time to thank the Alan Hudson centre who have closely supported not only Emma but all of us over the last 18 months. I don’t know what we would have done without their support, not to mention the Hospice at home carers and District nurses who also closely supported us these last few weeks. They worked tirelessly to make sure Emma was as comfortable as she could be.

Although Emma is no longer with us, I know she is deep within our hearts. May her legacy live on through all of us and Edith’s Purse. ❤️
