Last nights dinner 🤗🤗.

No foods should be banned or vilified.

Sure, there are some foods that are a healthier option than others, but cutting out the foods you love probably isn’t your best bet.

From experience, cutting out your fav foods can lead to serious cravings followed by binge/purge behaviour 😳.

My advice would be to work those foods into your macro/calorie allowance so you don’t feel deprived.

It’s all doable with a little thought and planning 👍🏼👍🏼

Is that a problem?
Not for me it isn’t.

My meals are nutritious and tasty 😋 and they fit my macros perfectly.

Find out what foods you enjoy the most and build them around your calories and macros.

We used to have a saying at Isle Lose It - “you don’t have to be perfect, but you do need to be consistent.”

And it’s true.

By staying consistently on track with nutrition and exercise, the odd day off plan here and there really won’t matter.

Life’s for living after all ❤️❤️.
