Fi has been adjusting to our NZ "normal" after being locked down for a few months 😬 Fi has LOADS of Pilates experience and it's been so great to have her start teaching group and private classes recently.👏👏👏 Enjoying lapping up the skills and energy from another brilliant UK addition 👌

Fi graduated with a BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance before embarking on an international stage career, performing for over a decade in various shows as a dancer/singer.

The discipline of Pilates fundamentally influenced Fi’s approach to body conditioning & injury rehabilitation throughout her career as a professional performer. Fi obtained a comprehensive Pilates teaching qualification for Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates method.

Fi's applies a holistic approach to assisting clients to improve body conditioning, movement and overall wellbeing. Her teaching style is enthusiastic, animated and encouraging with a keen eye for detail that adapts to the needs of each individual.

Fi enjoys working with ALL clients - whether you want to improve your strength, flexibility and movement or you simply would like to experience Fi's energetic passion for Pilates!

Thrive day 🥰❣️😍 Starting with a 7.30am advanced class followed by 9am intermediate 😍 Then I will be back in, teaching my first studio session here in Nz with 1 beginner and 2 intermediate level sessions ce soir!!!!! ALLÉ🤘🥰

Was hoping to get my studio open this week but Oxford being in Tier 2 put a stop to that! That being said I’m amazed with the progression everyone’s making in all online classes 🙏🥰👌🏻 Hardworking legends 👌🏻🥰🙏

We will be starting our Barn at Home classes next Monday. In the meantime we will have a couple of Facebook live classes on our Barn members group. If you’re a member and want to join the classes simply request to join the group.

Love this video! How true that our perception can be very different from the reality.

I often try to draw attention to and encourage clients not to compare themselves to others in my class. We are all completely different shapes and sizes, equating to different body mechanics so one thing you find hard your neighbour may find easy but the next exercise it is the reverse!

Compelled to post a massive Congratulations to Fran, quite literally my gold star 🌟 student who messaged me on Thursday to say “Sorry I won’t be able to make it to my Pilates lesson today Fi I’m now getting married on Sunday in order to have my 30 guests!”😮👌🏻 (Think I’ll let you off for this one Fran 😉🤣)
