📍It was great to be back at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists Congress earlier this week.
Our brilliant Associate MD Aisling Higham presented the latest results from the Patient Acceptability Study of Automated Cataract Follow Up.

👁We had a great start to the day with the fantastic Frimley team, process mapping the entire cataract pathway.
Our Head of Strategy and Operations Louisa Stacey went down and it was brilliant to see the engagement- thanks to the Frimley team for all their input.
We are so excited to be working together- this is just the beginning!

As Ufonia grows, we've just had our last team meet-up at the Oxford Foundry 😢. It's been a fantastic place to build the company from our 1st pitch to join the to our rapidly expanding team with contracts across the NHS.

Thank you for all your support, especially the amazing people including Ana Bakshi, Alex Feyler, Dan James, Bill Aulet and many more. You helped us shape the company, find amazing and hire super talented University of Oxford graduates.

It's sad to be saying goodbye, but we're looking forward to staying connected to all the new Saïd Business School, University of Oxford entrepreneurial opportunities that Maria Zubeldia Diaz and team will be building.

Ufonia is a digital health company transforming how healthcare is delivered. We automate routine clinical conversations, releasing expert medical staff to make better use of their skills, lowering the cost of care and increasing the quality and convenience for patients. We are growing quickly and have enterprise contracts to deploy across multiple NHS hospitals, with a plan to expand into the US later in the year.

We have developed Dora, an autonomous clinical assistant which patients talk with over the phone, just like they would with a human clinician. We are currently expanding the use of Dora across multiple clinical specialties. To support this we are looking for a Conversation Engineer to join our team to lead the design and development of Dora in new clinical scenarios.

Our close-knit team has a range of professional experiences from Software Engineers to Machine Learning Scientists, Designers and NHS Clinicians, hailing from across the world. 📸 It felt great to be working together as a team at our face to face meeting last week.
