SHORT FOOT EXERCISE

What is Prehab?

Prehab is a combination of Preventative and Rehabilitative exercise for common musculoskeletal injury and discomfort. We believe prevention is better than cure, so looking after your body is important to stay well. Movement and learning your body is also a great cure for many common injuries, without the need for surgery and medication.

We take the best bits of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength and Conditioning, then apply them to the classes. Each week we do some joint mobility, then focus exercises on a certain topic, such as the Spine. We then finish on a breathing or relaxation technique.

About Justine

Favourite 3 emoji’s: 👻 🦁 🙃

I am a registered ISRM soft tissue therapist with 8 years experience delivering both neuromuscular and soft tissue mobilisation techniques in combination with a range of corrective exercises.

I have always been a very active person and have taken part in a variety of different sports but my main focus has been karate. I started karate when I was 7 years old and reached my black belt when I was 14. In that time I have taught different age ranges, varying from 3 years to 60+ years. To this day I still remain passionate to train to keep fit and healthy but also karate has taught me how important it is to keep your body strong and mobile.
We are very excited to share this new program with you.
