Spending just 10 minutes a day on all fours can be so beneficial for you, your baby, and your birth 🤍

🐚 Encourages optimal baby positioning
💫 Eases back pain + strengthens your core

🦴 Stretches the muscles in and around the pelvis
🌊 Brings mobility and space into the pelvis

If I could give a gift to all mums and mums to be, it would be a weekly full body massage! It is such a wonderful way to help fill your cup.

So much so, that in some countries, women at this stage of life receive regular (sometimes daily!) massage to help them heal, rest and restore.

Massage promotes relaxation, calm and an overall sense of wellbeing. It can improve sleep, increase energy levels, aid digestion, sooth tired muscles, improve muscle tone and the elasticity of skin and soften scar tissue.

What mother or pregnant woman doesn’t need a bit of that?! 💗
