Meet Aneira – Our Passionate Osteopath

We’re delighted to introduce Aneira, a dedicated Osteopath who graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a First-Class Master’s degree and was awarded Top Performing Student of her year. 🌟

Aneira loves working with patients of all ages — from tiny 3-week-old babies to wonderful patients in their 90s. She has a particular passion for women’s health, pre- and post-natal care, and supporting babies and young children.

Her treatments are always tailored to you, blending a wide range of hands-on techniques including:

After the success of the summer programme we will have a number of mindfulness options available going into the autumn. Our open group meditation sessions will now be a permanent fixture. Say goodbye to manic mondays and start the week with a guided meditation that will set you up for the week ahead. These 30 minute sessions are Ideal for beginners, as an easy introduction or as a top up session for more experienced practitioners.
