Eleanor Nursing & Social Care Ltd, a premium domiciliary care agency, are recruiting Home Care Workers to join our Home Care team, providing person-centred care to our clients in their own homes in and around Oxford to enable vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible.
We are currently looking for reliable and caring candidates to join our caring team in postcode area’s OX1,OX2,OX3,OX4.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for providing a high level of care, individually tailored to each client based on their needs and personal preferences.
· Personal care and hygiene
· Food preparation
· Assisting/Prompting medication
· Light housework
· Companionship and social support
· Enabling and supporting
· Confidence building
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a caring, passionate, hard-working, reliable candidates who can provide high standard of care, maintain a calm manner in stressful situations.
Most of all, being committed to improving the quality of life for the vulnerable people we support.
You do not have to have experience as a carer you may have looked after a family member as induction and training will be provided.
You must be local to the area’s of OX1,OX2,OX3 OX4 and Oxford City centre.
As a growing company there are opportunities for development and progression for those who are interested, including short, bespoke courses and diploma’s in Health and Social Care, if eligible.
Benefits
We currently pay £13.50 per week days with enhancements for weekends and Bank Holidays.
-5 day induction period
-Full time and Part time positions available. Flexible Hours.
-We also pay you for travel mileage rate of 35p per mile.

Requirements
-Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
-Must pass an Enhanced DBS check
