The response has been overwhelming, with so many women reaching out and sharing their stories of the challenges they have faced in finding treatment.

Our latest blog post summarises some of the social media responses to this recent media coverage, highlighting a need for better education around the condition and how to adequately assess and treat it.

Keeping up with learning is SO important to me professionally.

Not only do I love to learn but it’s of course essential in keeping me up to speed so that I can offer the best service, care and advice to my clients!

I kept learning even on maternity leave. One of the best things to come out of this was some of the professional connections I made; online, as I could not go to in person events.

I met the wonderful Chloe Evans Chloe Evans - CE Physio who is a pelvic health physio and she specialises in Prolpase. This is when the uterus, bowel or bladder moves from its usual position anatomically. It can cause life changing symptoms for people and Chloe helps people take back control and feel good in their bodies again.

Chloe is holding a prolpase masterclass later this month and is kindly letting me offer out this opportunity to any of my clients to join her.

It’s online and totally free and will include an amazing breath work session.
