⭐️Notes from the Akashic records⭐️

In Akashic clearing sessions, a client is almost always given something to do post-session to continue with the healing power of the clearing over the next few weeks. Usually it's a mantra, an exercise, visualisation, or prayer.

One visualisation that has come through twice this week is to harness the healing power of love ~ a way of using the mind to start a chain reaction of healing in the body. When I see a client using this visualisation, I see tremendous healing energy being generated because when the mind focuses specifically on a loving memory, love then floods the body and supercharges the body's natural healing response.

If you feel in need of healing, try this:

🪷 Find a space where you can be quiet and undisturbed for a few moments
🪷 take a few deep breaths, maybe play some relaxing music, and set a timer for ten minutes
🪷 Once you are settled, bring to mind someone or something you love. Bring a snapshot of memory to mind and hold it in your vision. It could be your wedding day, a beautiful memory with family or friends, or the bond you have with your pet
🪷 Hold the snapshot in your mind and allow the love that is triggered by the memory to pour through your body.
🪷 Continue to allow the flood of love through your body until the timer goes off
🪷 Say a prayer that the healing light generated go to where it is needed

You can do this exercise for as long as you like but ten minutes is a good starting point.

First week back at OCG HQ and already some cracking readings have taken place.

I can't tell you how much I love to do these Akashic soul blueprint readings.
They're so expansive and they tell you SO much more about yourself.

Tarot/Oracle readings are great for human doings and decisions but Akashic readings take you into the very heart of who you are as a soul.

Morning my little sugar plum puddings,

Welcome to January!

Here's me and Bo back in the 'office' today. This pic did make me giggle, I so look like a Blue Peter presenter. 😂😂

Bo is the bear I use when doing Angelic distant healing ~ as I connect with you and feel the aches and pains in your body ~ I then place my hands on the same places on Bo and it's super helpful when focussing the Light.

Distant healing is so awesome, as you are not in the room with me I can go so much deeper to build the connection, although you are present with me on Zoom the whole time.

Oracle (Tarot) card wisdom: King of Wands

Good morning my little frosted noses,

Welcome to January 2026! A red year in colour psychodynamics and a 1 in numerology. New beginnings and adventure I believe!

It's only fitting to pull a card for today to see what the year holds for us all. The Mythos Tarot deck is the one that wanted to work with us today so lets get some guidance from the Greek Gods!

I love the King of Wands. It's an energy that immediately draws you in because this is a fair king, a 'firm but fair' kind of leadership style but he is also a good listener and will take into accounts all the thoughts of his tribe. But he is no softie, cross him and you will bear the consequences.

I also love the KoW because of his spiritual nature. The Wands are the suit of your soul, of the 'you' that is beyond the physical. So as a strong leader the KoW also leads with intuition, foresight, and knowing, and not only this, but recognises that these are superpowers.

So for you today, this is about stepping into a year where you will be acknowledging your true desires a lot more and acting on them. Where you will be less afraid to be seen for who you are or your voice heard. Where you will stop pushing down your intuition and follow it instead. You will feel so much stronger and braver to make the changes you want to make, particularly in love life and career. Now is the time to start the business and leave the unhappy relationship.

When you are governed by the KoW you can accomplish anything you set your mind to and this is your year of POWER. It is a year of making decisions and sticking to them, having much more clarity, and seeing real change in your life.
