Run3D Gait Analysis Pop-Up Clinic – 18 March 2026

We’re hosting a Run3D gait analysis pop-up clinic at Flex Health Hub, giving runners and active individuals the chance to gain a deeper understanding of how their body moves.

Developed by scientists at Oxford University, uses advanced 3D motion capture technology to analyse your biomechanics and identify the root cause of injuries or movement issues, helping guide more effective rehabilitation and recovery.

Flex Physio Practice will soon be moving into our new home at Flex Health Hub, Signal Yard, Milton Park.

So we wanted to introduce Flex Health Hub and explain a bit about what it will offer, including physiotherapy, nutrition support, personal training and weekly classes like Pilates and yoga.

Flex Physiotherapy will continue exactly as it does now just from our new address and under our own roof.
