A conversation I have.
On repeat with clients, goes a little like this 👇🏻
Client - “ I was really uncomfortable yesterday, my lower back killing me and I got this pain in my glute and pelvis”
Me- “ right, and what were you doing the day before?”
Client- “Well, I did have a bit of a busy day, went for a long walk and I didn’t really stop all day”
Me- let’s step into my office ✨
Don’t ignore the niggles, the little whispers from your body.
It’s trying to tell you it needs some TIME for you, it needs you to just take your foot off the gas for a bit and rest and adjust.
It’s changing at the speed of light and it just needs a break now and then!
