The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. Massage helps with stress, anxiety, body aches and pains and paired with Reiki, it enhances its effects.

Rules for Inner Peace — A gentle guide to living lighter...

1. Always be honest
Honesty keeps the mind clear and the heart calm. When you speak truth, you walk without fear.

2. Heal from your past
Old wounds can cloud today’s peace. Face them gently, learn from them, and release what no longer serves you.

3. Let go of stress
Stress is a visitor, not a home. Breathe deeply, slow down, and let the weight fall from your shoulders.

4. Be kind and helpful
Kindness softens your own heart first. Every small act becomes a seed of peace within.

5. Say no when you need to
Boundaries protect your energy. Saying “no” with clarity keeps your inner world balanced.

6. Stop and think before reacting
A pause can save many regrets. When the mind settles, the right response becomes clear.

7. Spend time with good friends
Surround yourself with those who uplift your spirit. Peace grows where love and respect exist.

8. Live in the moment
The present is your only real home. When you return to now, stress loses its power.

9. Be thankful every day
Gratitude turns ordinary moments into blessings. It shifts your mind from lack to abundance.

10. Don’t get into drama
Walk away from unnecessary noise. Not every battle needs your energy.

11. Be flexible — change will happen
Life flows like water. Accepting change keeps your mind light and your heart free.

Ego, envy, anger, ignorance, and fear
are not enemies outside you — they are inner disturbances that veil your true nature.

Ego whispers that you already know enough.
It blinds you to the wisdom that flows from every person you meet.
When ego dissolves, the world becomes your teacher.🌸

Envy pulls your gaze toward another’s path.
It makes you forget that your own journey is sacred.
