Excited to meet our retreat guests today!

Day 1
Upon arrival our guests will be greeted by a warm welcome from the retreat team. They will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by nutritionist and retreat chef Helen.

The afternoon begins with a cosy yurt session featuring breathwork and Pilates, followed by a nutrition workshop where we create bliss balls.

As twilight descends, our guests will unwind with time at the spa, star gazing and a lakeside firepit. The day will end with a nourishing group dinner.
