After welcoming her second child in October Gemma will be returning from her maternity leave in April and bookings are now available online. Appointments will be limited whilst Gemma returns gradually back to clinic but Lily’s hours remain the same so there should be plenty of times available to suit your needs.

With the country entering a month long lock down on Thursday we are still here for you!

Osteopaths are classed as essential workers and by caring for you during this period we help take some of the strain off the NHS. Please rest assured that we take every measure to ensure both yours and our safety. PPE will be worn by your osteopath, we require you to wear a mask and all contact points are thoroughly cleaned between each client. You will also receive a screening questionnaire prior to your appointment.

Gemma is now on maternity leave but both Paul and Lily can be booked online.

Introducing Lily to the Oxted Osteopathy Team!

Many of you will now be aware that Gemma has started her maternity leave so now is a good time to introduce Lily to you all.

Lily graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2015 with a First Class M.Ost and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy. Since graduating Lily has also gained qualifications in Medical Needling and Kinesiology Taping.

Lily has the ability to work with a wide range of patients of all age ranges. She has a particular interest in treating those with chronic pain, occupational postural issues, headaches and running injuries.

Lily is available for booking online via the website and also can be booked via Ingledale reception by phone.
