Welcome to The Hub Padiham! We passionate about fostering a strong sense of community and connection. Located in the heart of Padiham, we are dedicated to providing free therapeutic activities that address loneliness and isolation. Through our various programs, we aim to offer a safe and welcoming space where individuals can come together, share experiences, and support one another. It’s our belief that everyone deserves access to mental well-being resources, which is why we committed our efforts to making support accessible to all in our local area.

At The Hub, our goal is to create an inclusive environment that encourages personal growth and collective healing. Our activities range from mindfulness sessions to art therapy workshops, specifically designed to nurture well-being and foster friendships. As a part of the Hugs for Free charitable organisation, we strive to eliminate barriers that prevent individuals from seeking help. We have had the wonderful max in doing some filming.

Massive thankyou to the wonderful geof hird who kindly took two of our volunteers shopping today and donated it to our food bank.

its food bank day, we accept donations 10-2 everyday at The Hub and any other time The Bridge pub in Padiham. This is a no questions asked scheme and collections can be made after 2pm via a message to our page

Quick reminder. Running at the hub at 6pm we have our FREE mindfulness social evenings. A two hour session that helps meet new people, be in the moment with mindfulness exercises, play fun games and team building challenges and learn about mental and social wellbeing.

Free refreshments and snacks.

Also

For the singers, tone deaf, tenors, and pros artists. The community choir is on from half 6 at the town hall.
