We are going live with our new online requests on Monday 13th October. From this date all medical and administration requests will need to be submitted via our website or the NHS app. It is a very simple form to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us.

Please try to give as much information as possible. If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone, you can still call and speak to a receptionist who will assist you with the form.

From 13th October 2025 The new form will be on our website: https://www.padihammedicalcentre.co.uk. You will also be able to access this form by telephoning the surgery and selecting option 0 from the main menu.

The pathology lab at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is currently facing severe disruptions, this is resulting in some samples being delayed, or not processed at all. It may mean that we have to repeat your test.

The trust has taken steps to address this issue and have apologised for the inconvenience caused.

Electricity is now back on in practice and we are up and running as normal

Good Morning everyone, we hope you are well.
As some of you may be aware the Electricity is off in most of Padiham.
Unfortunately this is also affecting us here at the Medical Centre.

Subsequently the phone lines are down and our computers.

Please bare with us at this time, we are working hard to get through the work we can and will hopefully have power restored soon
