Are you guilty of holding onto the treadmill whilst walking? If so, this is for you! π
You may not realise it, but holding onto the handrails or rear of the screen whilst walking or running on the treadmill is a bad habit that reduces the positive effects of your workout! β
Here's a few reasons why gripping either the handrails or rear of the screen reduces the effectiveness of your workout! π
