Are you guilty of holding onto the treadmill whilst walking? If so, this is for you! πŸ‘‰

You may not realise it, but holding onto the handrails or rear of the screen whilst walking or running on the treadmill is a bad habit that reduces the positive effects of your workout! ❌

Here's a few reasons why gripping either the handrails or rear of the screen reduces the effectiveness of your workout! πŸ‘‡

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Ruins both posture and body alignment!
πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Reduces the number of overall calories burned!
πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Doesn’t train your balance!
