Paignton Tai Chi Studio Paignton Tai Chi Studio teaches Tai Chi for both health/relaxation and martial arts. Classes also available in Qigong and Taoist Yoga.

Remember there are no classes/lessons at the Studio on Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday this week!
There are classes available on Thursday and Friday for students who are currently attending any classes - call/text/email Conrad for details.
Classes all back to normal (whatever that is!) next week (start of March 2026).

The next intake for new students for Tai Chi classes will be just after Easter - exact days and times to be confirmed closer to the date so keep any eye out here and/or on the website!
Qigong class at 1pm on Thursdays is still open to beginners every week.

Beginners classes for January 2026.
There are 2 options available for new students to join a beginners class in January 2026, these are:
Fridays at 1pm or
Saturdays at 11.30am.
As usual these classes will run in seven week terms costing £70 per term. Numbers are strictly limited so booking is essential.

Thursday 1pm Qigong class remains open to beginners every week.

Changes to individual and small group lessons for 2026.
These lessons will be 45 minutes in duration from the start of January 2026.
Prices for these sessions are:
1 Person: £25 per 45 minute session
2 People: £15 per person per 45 minute session
3 People or more: £10 per person per 45 minute session.

Tai Chi as Martial Art Class.
We now have a class aimed at those students who wish to study Tai Chi for its original Martial Arts purposes. Do note that this class is more physically demanding than our usual Tai Chi for Health classes. To book a place, contact Conrad by email or text.

Days and times for new beginners classes for September at Paignton Tai Chi Studio:
Fridays at 2.30pm starting on Friday 12th September.
Saturdays at 11.30am starting on Saturday 13th September.
As usual, places are limited so booking is essential.
Classes cost £70 per seven week term, with a £10 deposit to confirm your place and then the balance of £60 paid at the first class.
