Paignton Tai Chi Studio teaches Tai Chi for both health/relaxation and martial arts. Classes also available in Qigong and Taoist Yoga.

Days and times for new beginners classes for September at Paignton Tai Chi Studio:
Fridays at 2.30pm starting on Friday 12th September.
Saturdays at 11.30am starting on Saturday 13th September.
As usual, places are limited so booking is essential.
Classes cost £70 per seven week term, with a £10 deposit to confirm your place and then the balance of £60 paid at the first class.
