I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your ongoing support. Some of you have been with me since the very beginning, and I am truly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me over the years.

I really hope you’ll join me in this next chapter. I’ll still be teaching my Tuesday and Thursday classes, and I’m thrilled to be welcoming a team of amazing instructors too – meaning there will be classes available all day, every day.
