Kay has been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 26 years in Paignton and Kingskerswell, Devon. Kay's influences have been Vanda Scaravelli, Dru and Yin Yoga.
Kay has been teaching yoga for 20 years in Torbay and Kingskerswell, Devon and has been practising yoga for 30 years. Kay trained with The Britsh Wheel of Yoga, a worldwide recognised organisation. She favours a Somatic Awareness approach as a more holistic way of working. Kay specialises in helping people with back, neck and shoulder problems and also offers private tuition. Kay also teaches Mindfulness Meditation. The yoga classes consist of:
