Today we remember lovely Maisie on her Birthday. 🌈

Maisie was a regular visitor to Valley and it always gave us great joy whenever she came to see us. Whether seeing Mr Plec in the Ocean room, coming to sit by our Christmas memorial tree, or happily receiving lots of fuss from the team, Maisie always brought a smile to our faces.

She will be dearly missed by all of us here and our thoughts today are with Maisie and her family. ❤️

We were recently honoured to care for beautiful Bam and left some incredibly kind words by his family. Thank you ❤️

Thankyou for my beautiful urn with my fur baby Bam. Thankyou to Hannah for taking care of him on his final journey. The cat urn is so like Bam with the dark patches.

Happy National Hedgehog Day! Celebrating our much loved pet hedgehogs and wild ones too!

There are many ways in which you can help our little friends -

🦔 Create a hedgehog-friendly garden by providing shelters, food, and water. You could also build or buy a hedgehog house to provide a safe space for hedgehogs to hibernate or seek shelter in your garden.
🦔 Support wildlife charities that focus on hedgehog conservation, either through donations or volunteering.
🦔 Reduce garden hazards by checking compost heaps, sheds, or bonfires for hedgehogs before disturbing them.
🦔 Educate others about how to spot a sick or injured hedgehog and what to do if you find one, such as contacting a wildlife rescue service.
🦔 Promote hedgehog awareness events like wildlife walks, talks, or fundraising campaigns to support hedgehog care and protection.
🦔 Plant hedgehog-friendly plants in your garden to provide shelter and food for hedgehogs, such as berry bushes and wildflowers.
