Support Does Not Have to Start at Breaking Point
Many people wait until they feel completely overwhelmed before reaching out for help. There is often a sense that support should be saved for crisis, as though you have to justify needing it.
In reality, therapy can be a space for early conversations. For noticing patterns. For understanding stress before it becomes burnout. For exploring feelings that are present but not yet unmanageable. Seeking support does not mean you are failing. It can be a way of taking responsibility for your wellbeing before things reach a breaking point.
