Hello friends 🐶

I can’t quite believe it, but I’ve just finished my first year working as a therapy dog, and I’ve really loved every minute of it.

Yesterday, I was working with a lovely young man who I could tell was feeling very sad. So I quietly climbed up beside him, rested my head on his shoulder, and gave him a cuddle for the whole session. He told us it was “the best moment of his life” — and that made my little tail very happy. 💛

I’m so glad I get to do what I do, and to offer comfort in the way only a dog can.

I hope you all have a lovely Christmas, and I’m very much looking forward to seeing some of you again in the New Year.

It’s been a while, but I’m back at work today. Meeting some new clients that I might be working with in the new term.

Feels good to be back in the therapists chair!

Surely by the fact that my harness perfectly matches the chair is a good indication that this is where I belong!!

We’re starting “Winston At The Window” following Winston - The Therapy Dog on his window bound adventures (of which there are many!) here is the first episode! (We have a full theme tune and everything!!) 😂

I’m currently out of the office, on some “socialising training” for the summer. My mum thinks I need to learn how to be calm around other dogs and children more. Personally I think I’m perfect, I’m sure you agree!

I will be back in the office in September 🐶🐾

Yesterday I had a very tiring day… I had my third day of puppy school where they are teaching me to do different things like walking on a lead, coming back to my mum when she calls my name, sitting and laying down.

It’s so frustrating though because they won’t let me say hello to the other puppies, so I get very upset. I just want to say sniff their butts and give them a lick. I miss my family and I like seeing other beings like me 🐶 🐕 

By the time I leave I’m completely exhausted! I’m looking forward to graduating puppy school in three weeks time.
