Mother’s Day is a beautiful opportunity to honor the incredible women who have shaped our lives with their boundless love and unwavering strength. A mother’s influence is a guiding light, offering comfort in times of need and celebrating our greatest triumphs with more pride than anyone else. They are the heart of the home, teaching us kindness, resilience, and the true meaning of selfless care.

As we celebrate the mothers who are with us today, we also hold a special space in our hearts for the wonderful mums who have passed away. Though they are no longer here to hold our hands, their legacy lives on in the values they instilled and the memories that continue to warm our souls. We remember their laughter, their wisdom, and the quiet ways they made the world better. Today, we honor all mothers—those present and those watching over us—for the eternal gift of their love.

Its official, our annual Easter egg appeal has started!
Every year we are amazed at how much the local community comes together and the amount of donations are always overwhelming!

🎄 Christmas Day Meals from Ham N Eggz 🎄

At Ham N Eggz Hot & Cold Food, we believe everyone deserves a warm meal and a bit of kindness at Christmas ❤️

This Christmas Day, we’ll be preparing and delivering a free Christmas dinner and pudding to local individuals or families who may be struggling or would otherwise go without a festive meal.

We have capacity for around 50 meals, so requests will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Well, Ben and his team smashed it! 15k challenge complete! What an amazing achievement, Most of you are used to Ben in a suit and spotless but not on Saturday. Ben and his team raised more than £1400 for the chosen charities. We want to thank each and every one of you for your kind words and donations towards this amazing cause. A fantastic day full of emotions, thank you to everyone who has supported us!

We’re so grateful for their support – the eggs will be shared out with our amazing staff and volunteers across the Hospice as a wee token of appreciation for all they do.
