For a while now I’ve been wanting to create a memory wall in the clinic where I have my retired fighting shorts, with my dearest friend Jack’s name proudly displayed on them ❤️ next to them are my 4x Scottish titles and international fighting vest. Some of the proudest moments of my life 🙏 directly underneath them both are the 2x Paisley First Awards kindly voted for by you beautiful and truly amazing friends and family taking time out of your busy day to nominate the clinic. I sincerely do not have the vocabulary to highlight my gratitude 🙏❤️

It has been a really busy and exciting month for the clinic. As shoulder injuries are the second most common injury I see, I have been growing my knowledge in this area by completing a course with a world renowned shoulder specialist. The reception area in the clinic also got renovated. Paisley First have once again have been tremendous by kindly highlighting in their NewsLetter that the clinic was announced the winner of their Star Award. The clinic also got a new billboard advertisement for the month of April.
As always, all this would never be able to happen without everyone’s loyal support and encouragement 💪❤️👍

I cannot believe it was 1-year ago today that I opened up the clinic. Honestly it has been such a tremendous journey. I have had the pleasure of meeting and working alongside so many amazing and wonderful people. Without your support and encouragement this would have never been possible ❤️
