Around my 46th birthday, I was constantly bloated.
I told myself it was just menopause.
That there was nothing I could really do about it.
So I ignored it.
Then… I started looking after myself properly.
Not overnight. Not perfectly.
Just a bit more each year.
I learned how to fuel my body.
I moved it consistently.
I stopped accepting “this is just how it is now”.
Fast forward to today:
✔️ 15kg lighter
✔️ More energy than I’ve had in decades
✔️ Stronger, clearer, and more confident than I felt in my 20s
And here’s the thing — it wasn’t extremes, fads, or suffering.
It was understanding my body and supporting it properly.
I now run a gym for women who want to tone up, feel better, and take control again — especially in their 40s, 50s and beyond.
