Good morning and happy Thursday to you

After a productive wee day yesterday with the long teased blog getting finished, the first event pages for Feel good February, and a busy angel hour on here today is shaping up to be a little different.

It's starting the same as most Thursdays with a bit of creative time over a cuppa but the afternoon will be different as I'm taking time off to be with family.

I'll still be contactable for bookings etc..(Although there may be a delay in answering) but the to do list is being shelved for a few hours today and normal work day will resume tomorrow.

Whatever you're up to today I hope its a good one for you and if you feel like letting me know in the comments what you're doing I'd love to see it.

Been a pretty productive day for me today and can’t think of a lovelier way to finish it off than with a little midweek meet up hour on here.
It’s an Angel hour tonight so a lovely opportunity to come together and to connect with each other and the angels

I know February is AGES away yet but I also know that there's Christmas shopping still to be done and ideas for something different are always welcome....so I hVe not 1 but 2 gift options for you here

Both, as you can see from the pic, have lovely gift vouchers available and are open to book

(PLEASE NOTE: tickets for these events are not available from anywhere other than the butterfly room or approved/mentioned places. If someone says they are selling tickets they are telling fibs!! )

As its the season of giving....I thought I'd give you a blog post to read!! Lol

It's all about the process behind "self care isn't selfish" and how I launched it and then promptly went off on holiday for two weeks and how that was absolutely the right move!!

It also includes a wee thank you to Paisley First and Mill Renfrewshire for their giving space to help me promote it via their socials

Good morning and happy Wednesday to you.

After a lovely Tuesday with a mixed bag of a little tech support (do qr codes count as tech?) for a good friend, study time and admin as well as a chat with a lovely mediumship friend about a little something for the new year that we'll be ready to share with you very soon, im looking forward to another lovely work day today

Plans at the moment are admin and emails, a bit of event page creation (because I have feel good February 2026 events that are available to buy now that might make good Christmas gifts!) and maybe a little more study time

Of course, as it's Wednesday, I've also got our midweek meet up hour to look forward to tonight. It's an angel hour tonight so I'm sure it'll be a busy and beautiful wee virtual gathering.

So another lovely mixed bag today for me. I hope your day is looking similarly lovely and if you feel like letting me know in the comments what your Wednesday is looking like then I'd love to see it

Good morning and happy Tuesday to you.

After a slow and steady start to the week with a bit of admin, some studying and my wee radio show yesterday today is continuing at a similarly slow pace (hence the later than usual post)

Just getting myself organised to head in and, although plans for the day have changed slightly due to the weather, there's still much to be done including a chat with a lovely medium friend about collaborating on an online event early next year and also giving a good friend and fellow therapist a bit of help to sort some stuff she needs for promo

I'm also going to put a couple of reels together to remind you of what I have on offer in terms of gifts for Christmas (which could also work as a wee treat for yourself) so keep an eye out for them later today or tomorrow.

I've also got arts collective to look forward to this evening so I'll have to have a wee look through my recent makes and see what I'm going to share.

So a lovely mixed bag of stuff ahead today for me...whatever you're up to, weather warnings permitting, I hope it's a lovely one for you too....and if you fancy sharing what you're up to while I'm having my breakfast I'd love to see that.

Good morning and happy new week to you.

After a lovely weekend with the fabulous Christmas market on Saturday followed by a quiet and restful day yesterday I'm ready for a new week of work.and good stuff.

I've done the weekly angel card messages for those who subscribe to that (subscription for that will be opening very soon with a VERY limited number of spots available) and once I've had a chat with you and had some breakfast I'm planning on a little admin and email checking before I head to Johnstone for my usual wee weekly radio stint (I do love doing my Motivation and music hours on Johnstone Sound )

Also planning a little study time this evening too but we'll see how the day goes.

Good morning and happy Saturday to you.

After a very productive Friday which included a redesign and print run of existing gift vouchers and also sorting vouchers for 2 feel good February events that will be announced later today.

Talking of today its a bit of a different day ahead as it's the Paisley First Christmas market. These markets are always incredibly well organised and great fun so I'm looking forward to a lovely day.

I've got books packed in along with the vouchers so if youre after a copy of "how I became a butterfly" or the new "self care isn't selfish" journal then pop along to paisley high street and see me there (details are in the pic and it'd be lovely to see you)

Good morning and happy Friday to you.

After a fairly productive Thursday with my usual creative time over a cuppa with friends followed by a fairly creative afternoon sorting new designs for gift vouchers (because it's that time of year!) and also a bit of planning and prep for future stuff.

Today I will be printing off the vouchers and event tickets I need to have ready for tomorrow's market in the high street (I'll pop a separate post up later with more info on that but basically it's on 10am-4pm ) and packing books and bits and bobs into my stock bag

There's other stuff to be done but we'll start eith that little lot and then see what else is needed today and what can be on next weeks to do list!
