With 20+ years of experience in elderly care, Nightingale House is a 41-bed care home in central Paisley. Our home includes a charming sandstone C-listed building and a modern extension – both needing regular care to remain safe, welcoming, and high quality.

🔨 Your Role
As Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of our home and gardens, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Day-to-day repairs and maintenance
• Planning and delivering refurbishment projects
• Carrying out Health & Safety and Fire Safety checks
• Managing external contractors
• Keeping our grounds neat and functional

👤 What We’re Looking For
• A hands-on problem-solver with a strong work ethic
• Skilled in general maintenance (a trade skill like joinery, plumbing, or electrical is a plus)
• Detail-oriented and passionate about DIY
• Confident in planning tasks independently
• Full UK driving licence holder

💼 What We Offer
• 💷 £15/hour starting rate
• 🎁 £250 welcome bonus
• 🎓 £100 training voucher
• 🕒 25–35 hours/week
• 📅 Full-time, permanent contract
• ⏱ Overtime paid at +£2/hour
• 🧘♂️ Monday–Friday schedule (emergency availability required)
