The Post You Never Published
You drafted the post.
You edited it three times.
You thought about the perfect image to go with it.
And then you closed the tab.
"I'll post it tomorrow when I have better clarity."
"Let me just think about this one more time."
Sound familiar?
Here's what I need you to understand:
There's nothing wrong with you. Your unconscious mind is just running old programming.
Somewhere along the way, your unconscious learned that being seen is unsafe.
Maybe you were criticized when you stood out.
Maybe you were belittled when you felt vulnerable.
Maybe you learned it was safer to stay quiet.
So now, even though you're an adult running a business...
Your unconscious mind still treats visibility as a threat.
When you hover over that "publish" button, your unconscious activates:
- Heart racing
- Lump in your throat
- That white fear where you can't move
- Procrastination (your unconscious pumping the brakes)
You're not afraid of failure.
Our unconscious mind thinks being visible means people will see right through you.
See your soul.
And say you're a fraud.
And that's why "just post the video" doesn't work long-term.
Quiet Authority works at the unconscious level.
We don't teach you to push through.
We rewrite the programming.
So showing up becomes natural instead of terrifying.
Drop a comment if you've drafted posts you never published.
You're functioning exactly as you've been programmed.
And that programming can change.
