Easy quick protein ideas 🍗
Fast & easy to prepare-
* 🧋 Protein shakes
* 🍯 Greek yogurt- add some protein powder, fruit and some honey
* Cottage cheese- perfect before bed
* 🥚 Eggs- boiled, scrambled,fried
* 🍳 Omelette- add some bacon, peppers, onions
* 🍣 Canned tuna, mackerel & salmon- eat from can or add to salad or sandwich
* 🫘 Chickpeas roasted or straight from the can
* 🧀 Cheese sticks, Babybell
* 🌰 Protein bars
* 🥜 Peanut butter or almond butter- on toast or rice cakes
* 🍗 Rotisserie chicken eat as it is or add to sandwich
* 🥞 Protein pancakes or waffles- add some berries
* You don’t need “perfect” meals — snacks count. Protein doesn’t always have to be meat, Convenience foods are valid. Those 10–15g snacks at time add up. 🩷
