Jo was asked, “What can I do to stop myself needing reading glasses when I’m older?”
Jo’s answer: “Nothing.” 😅

Presbyopia is that universal rite of passage where the small print suddenly shrinks (it didn’t) and your arms mysteriously get “too short” (they didn’t). It’s simply the lens inside your eye stiffening with age — totally normal, totally expected, and it happens to everyone. 👁️✨
