💫💫💫Sound Bath studio set up 💫💫💫

Each sound bath includes guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and reiki healing. Sessions are every second Tuesday evening 6.30-7.30pm and every second Saturday morning 10-11am.

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided for your comfort as is the heated floor 🔥

Welcome February. The celebration of Imbolc, the returning of the light. St Brigids Day, embodying fertility, healing, fire and poetry. Full moon in Leo.

Quite the day energetically. I will be taking it slowly today. Clearing some space physically and metaphorically, lighting some candles, blessing my home and nourishing my body.

Today we welcome in the full snow moon in the sign of Leo Uk 🇬🇧 time 10.09pm.

Not only is it full moon, but we also have imbolc which is tied to the goddess Brigid (or St. Brigid in Christian tradition), who embodies fire, poetry, healing, and fertility. So as you can see this is a magical time.

This full moon is wanting us to strip things back down to the bare bone, it’s exactly like when the trees shed everything down to the bark ready to start again in the spring.

You may see an increase in disturbed sleep, heightened sensitivity, or bursts of creative or emotional energy.

It’s time to reflect on the challenges you’ve faced, and the strength you’ve gained by overcoming these difficulties.

Release anything that no longer serves you and welcome in the fresh invigorating energy of renewal, growth, light and new beginnings into your life.

As always, when you set your intentions don’t be afraid too dream big, and remember if you don’t receive what you wish for, it’s because there’s something bigger and better coming in for you.

So what are you waiting for? It’s time for you to reach for the stars and dream big.

A wee bit of information on the old Scot’s celebration of Imbolc. Traditionally celebrated on the 1st of February to celebrate the return of the light after the long winter months. When the land starts to thaw and the first buds of life begin to rise from the earth repressing the Goddess (Earth) being reborn 🌺

We will be honouring Imbolc during this Saturday morning Sound Bath meditation by setting intentions for ourselves at this potent time of year. Think new year resolutions but with the power of nature behind them 🥰
