Bit of a personal post this evening but I think it’s important we share our journeys so we know we’re not alone 🩵

This evening marked the last night of my Menopause Goals group. 8 weeks of compassion, understanding, learning and support from the most wonderful group of women. Facilitated by St Mirren football club and the SFA at St Mirren park 6.30-8pm every Thursday for the 8 weeks. Learning about hormone disruption, dietary support, tracking and all manner of useful tools to help manage your menopause symptoms. Some women glide through this part of their lives and some (like me!) very much don’t. Brain fog, itching, mood swings, there are hundreds of symptoms (yes, really!) You don’t have to suffer, you don’t have to let it get on top of you, there are ways to manage it and this group is phenomenal at supporting you and providing useful information. On top of all the practical stuff you get to sit with like minded women who understand, you’re all on the same boat. LOVED it. Ive been assured the ladies who run it will let me know the dates for the next course so I’ll post when I have them. Speak out, let’s support each other and never, ever suffer alone or in silence 🩵🩵🩵 Lots and lots of love xx

Happy full super moon in Ta**us ♉️ 🌕 💜

Today we welcome in a super powerful full moon in the sign of Ta**us, Uk 🇬🇧 time 13.19pm.

Not only will this moon bring our stubborn side to the forefront, it also shows we have a tendency for being resistant to any changes / challenges we may face during this time.

You are also guided to step back and take a look around at the foundation’s you’ve built and where you need to go next.

Do your original foundations still hold the same values and strength that they had when you first started out? If not it’s time to strengthen or remove what’s no longer required.

Use this time to check in with yourself to ensure you are honouring your own values, beliefs, feelings and needs.

Put yourself first and foremost before you make decisions that will affect your own peace, wellbeing and happiness.

When you set your intentions don’t be afraid to dream big, and remember if you don’t receive what you wish for, it’s because there’s something bigger and better coming in for you.

So what are you waiting for? It’s time for you to reach for the stars and dream big.

Send out gratitude everyday for everyone and everything in your life and watch things magically happen.
