Today we welcome in and celebrate the spring equinox.

The equinox is the moment when day and night stand in perfect equality.

It’s about balancing masculine and feminine energies, harmonising action with rest, integrating shadow and light and returning to your center after a season of contraction.

This is our cosmic reminder that balance isn’t static — it’s a living rhythm.

Spring is the archetype of rebirth. Energetically, this is when dormant dreams begin to stir, our intuition sharpens and our creativity rise

It’s the perfect time for Planting Seeds (Literal & Energetic).

The equinox is a powerful portal for intention-setting. It’s the season of manifestation, new projects, calling in aligned opportunities and choosing what you want to grow in your life.

In energy work, this is when the solar plexus and heart chakra often activate together — courage + desire.

Today we celebrate a beautiful new moon in the sign of Pisces, Uk 🇬🇧 time 01.23am.

Most new moons help you set intentions, Pisces is the only one that asks you to erase the old self.

We are guided to trust what’s unfolding before us even when we don’t understand what’s happening.

Step back and don’t rush into anything that might make you uncomfortable. Listen to your gut feeling and trust the process ahead.

During a Pisces new moon, you don’t manifest through effort — you manifest through absorption.

Your aura becomes sponge-like.
You attract what you’re emotionally attuned to, not what you consciously ask for.

This is why intention-setting feels different here. It’s less “I want this” and more “I’m becoming the version of me who naturally receives this.”

Over the past few weeks I’ve had the pleasure of offering Reiki to existing as well as new clients. I’ve squeezed myself in a wee appointment for my own Reiki today to make sure my energy is on point for myself as well as my wonderful clients 🥰

I have very limited availability left this week (Thursday only) but I do have availability the rest of the month. There are also a couple of Sound Bath spaces. Each session includes a Reiki taster if you would like to try it before booking a full treatment 💜
