Hey everyone! I will be offering a new service at StarDust.

ASMR light touch massage and sound healing treatments.

So what is ASMR massage?

An ASMR light touch massage is a gentle, soothing experience designed to trigger tingles and deep relaxation through delicate, mindful contact. It often combines elements of massage with sensory triggers that are common in ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)

Background sounds: whispered or soft-spoken words, ambient music, or just the natural sound of touch (skin .

Technique
Feather-light strokes: fingertips, palms, or the back of the hand glide slowly over the skin, barely pressing down.

Varied textures: sometimes a soft brush, silk fabric, or even a makeup brush is used for extra sensory variety.

Slow pacing: every movement is deliberate, unhurried, and rhythmic, helping the nervous system settle.

Areas of focus: scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, and back are common—spots where light touch is especially soothing.
