So sorry for being a little quiet on social media recently. It’s always difficult to teach and take photos. This week we have had incredible fun! Our second week of The Gingerbread Man and our fantastic game Namah -Stay as pictured. Next week will be our final classes. I have accepted a most wonderful full time job .I’ve actually started already but have been able to finish off the half term of yoga. It is such an exciting new chapter for me personally and I feel exceptionally lucky to have this amazing opportunity but I am sad to be letting my classes go. I am hoping to organise some yoga workshop days for you all to enjoy, once things have settled. Thank you so much for all your support 💕💕 I am so proud of what we have achieved together 😊

Today has been a good day! 3 yoga classes in our new room ( The Lower Hall) at Cornubia. Toddlers and 4+ went on a yoga bear hunt and 8+ started work on our own yoga sequence and a loooonnng meditation! Well done yogis, you are such a pleasure to teach! See you next week! Classes are filling up fast so do make sure you book in advance so we can make sure there’s space 💕🧘‍♀️💕

, thank you so, so much for my beautiful flowers 🥲. Bringing yoga to your lovely children has been an amazing privilege, what a truly wonderful nursery you are, with fantastic staff and fabulous children. This has been the highlight of this half term for me. I can’t wait to be back. Merry Christmas to you all! Namaste ( the children have taken to calling me this as a nickname 😂 and i love it!🥰)

A quieter session at Toddler yoga today, what with the weather and a few who were poorly but this little yogi and I had great fun on our yoga obstacle course, a look at breathwork and a little bit of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

I’ve been a bit rubbish this week at taking pictures and updating social media. Sorry yogis! This week has been a wonderful week for yoga. I’ve taught around 30 little yogis, we had Thursdays toddler class exploring the story, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Friday at the lovely nursery doing their second week of Goldilocks and the 3 bears and our Saturday class did a yoga obstacle course which used up a lot of energy! We all worked on our breathing using our breathing balls and dragon breaths. And we all got a little relaxation and meditation time too. These classes are just lovely, come and join us.
