Brandreth Lodge Care Home A warm and comfortable environment, Brandreth Lodge is registered for 24 beds and respite break.

The home provides accommodation in 22 single bedrooms but, by virtue of their large size two rooms, are registered for couples who may wish to share.

What a fabulous time we had today having Lunch at the Farmers.. so much chat laughter and friendships made. As always we couldn’t do this without the lovely Joan who’s help is so very much appreciated by us all. Also thanks to the Farmers staff who are always so friendly. What a fab day we’ve had celebrating all things French. We started the day with Croissants with a choice of fillings for Breakfast, followed by Pain au chocolat with our morning brew. French Onion Soup was on the Menu at lunch time with a taster trolly this afternoon. We all loved the home made Pate (thanks Helen) Brie and Crackers French Cinnamon Toast and of course a large glass of French Wine. We’ve all had a good giggle at each other dressing up. Even our Therapy Dog Luna made sure she got in on the act. A lovely Day. Thanks to all Staff for joining in the fun. 🥰

What a belting day we had on our Canal boat cruse down the Bridgewater Canal in Manchester. We hired a Charlton Mini bus who looked after us so well and got us there in time for our trip.. A massive thank you to our lovely volunteers Joan and Ali, without whom these days wouldn’t be possible.. (they have also entertained us with their dancing throughout the day) Fabulous day..
