Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals, and deeply passionate about helping others discover the strength, balance, and peace that yoga brings. My classes are designed for every body — blending mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to build resilience, enhance flexibility, and create calm amidst life’s busyness.

Each session offers a grounding, nurturing experience that leaves you feeling centred, strong, and at ease — both on and off the mat.

•Functional Fitness (EveryTuesday@ 11:45am)
- 12 songs with a workout to each! Music + workouts change every 5-6 weeks!
A Mix of low-impact, high-energy workouts -from boxercise and cardio, to glute bands, core , strength, balance + more! Finishing both classes with a lovely relaxation 🧘‍♀️. One incredible versatile class!!

Meet the instructor

Hey, I’m Ella! I’ve been a Pt for 17 years and been in the fitness industry taking classes for 19 years.
I’m a women’s fitness Coach, Nutrition specialist, Pre+postnatal specialist and love helping women transform their bodies, improve their pelvic floor and core!

While keeping it low impact and focussing on longevity, I’m passionate about showing you how fitness can be fun with my effective workouts to mood boosting music!

You won’t ever see a burpee in my class but you will always feel the burn 🔥 in muscles you didn’t know you had!

Outside of work, you’ll find me at the beach or doing anything that boosts my health, wellbeing, and happiness — spending time with my boys and family, or cheering on my children at their sports! 💖
I’ve overcome some major health and physical challenges in my life and Iove helping other women empower their bodies and do the same.

Introducing our brand new yoga teacher Sophie....

"I'm a passionate yoga teacher, retreat host, mother, and business owner with a deep love for the outdoors and the healing power of nature.

For over ten years, I’ve been leading retreats at my own retreat centre in Morocco as well as here in the UK, creating experiences that weave together movement, breath, and connection. In my weekly classes, I bring this same heart-centred approach, offering clear guidance and a welcoming space where people of all levels can practise safely, build strength, and find calm.

For me, yoga is about more than movement — it’s about creating community, supporting wellbeing, and helping people feel more at home in themselves.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me by the sea — surfing, swimming in cold water, and soaking up the inspiration and balance that time in nature always brings.

I’m really looking forward to joining the Langrove team and connecting with you all in class!"

We are delighted to welcome our second new yoga teacher of the week. Dawn will be teaching Ashtanga this Thursday morning at 7.15 am on a weekly basis, bringing warmth, energy, and a wealth of experience to her classes.

In addition to teaching locally, Dawn also runs international yoga retreats — from surfing and yoga in Morocco to a restorative yoga retreat in the mountains of North Macedonia

We’re delighted to welcome Emma to our teaching team!
Starting this Tuesday at 10:30 am, Emma will be leading a weekly yoga class. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice, Emma will guide you through with encouragement and care.
This class marks the first of several new yoga sessions we’re excited to introduce over the coming weeks.
Here’s a little more about Emma…

Hi, I’m Emma, a yoga teacher who loves blending the freedom of functional mobility with the grounding discipline of traditional yoga (not necessarily in the same class!). I believe in making movement both accessible and enjoyable, creating a space where people can feel strong, flexible, and at ease in their own bodies. When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me swimming at the beach or wandering through the woodlands with my dog and kids. I love the idea of being able to move freely in my own body as I get older and am constantly researching things like fascia release and primal movements to include in bite-size chunks in class.  I am looking forward to adding the Langrove to my schedule!
