Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals, and deeply passionate about helping others discover the strength, balance, and peace that yoga brings. My classes are designed for every body — blending mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to build resilience, enhance flexibility, and create calm amidst life’s busyness.
Each session offers a grounding, nurturing experience that leaves you feeling centred, strong, and at ease — both on and off the mat.
