🌿 A few more spaces left on our new autumn programme!
We’re super excited about our Nature Nurture a new collaboration between Happy Headwork Community CIC and Penllergare Woodlands Trust.
This free/ donation 5-week programme brings together wellbeing, conservation, and community volunteering helping people feel better while making a real difference to the local environment.
Wellbeing + Conservation = Sustainable Wellbeing
Each week, you’ll:
🌱 Explore a seasonal conservation theme through fun and engaging activities
🧤 Get stuck into meaningful volunteering in the woods and wetlands
🧠 Learn evidence-based psychology to support your mental wellbeing
We’re running two 5-week programmes this autumn:
🪵 Programme One: Woodland Conservation
Mondays | Sept 15 to Oct 13 | 10am–2:30pm
💧 Programme Two: Wetlands & River Conservation
Wednesdays | Oct 8 to Nov 12 (no session Oct 29) | 10am–2:30pm
No experience needed just curiosity, a sense of care, and a willingness to get involved.
Groups are small to ensure full engagement and support, so spaces are limited.
We kindly ask that participants are able to commit to the full 5 weeks.

Mae’r rhaglen 5 wythnos am ddim yn cyfuno llesiant, cadwraeth natur, ac gwirfoddoli cymunedol, gan helpu pobl i deimlo’n well wrth wneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol i’r amgylchedd lleol.
Llesiant + Cadwraeth = Llesiant Cynaliadwy
Bob wythnos, byddwch yn:
🌱 Archwilio thema gadwraeth tymhorol drwy weithgareddau difyr a rhyngweithiol
🧤 Cymryd rhan mewn gwaith gwirfoddoli ystyrlon yn y coetiroedd a’r gwlyptiroedd
🧠 Dysgu am seicoleg gadarn ar sail tystiolaeth i gefnogi eich lles meddyliol
Byddwn yn rhedeg dwy rhaglen 5 wythnos yr hydref hwn:

💧 Rhaglen Dau: Gwlyptiroedd ac Afonydd
Dydd Mercher | 8 Hydref i 12 Tachwedd (dim sesiwn 29 Hydref) | 10yb i 2:30yp
Does dim angen unrhyw brofiad. Dim ond chwilfrydedd, gofal, ac awydd i gymryd rhan.
Bydd y grwpiau’n fach er mwyn sicrhau cefnogaeth a chynnwys llawn.
