We invite you to join Nikki in Pateley Bridge memorial hall this Friday evening at 6.30 for her amazing moving meditation known as the Chakradance. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
This modality was developed by Natalie Southgate in Australia and uses specific music to work on the individual chakras.
It’s such an individual experience and if you can pop your ego out of the way and let go you will be amazed at the healing that can take place.
The first session is called the FREEDOM dance and that is exactly what it is.
The freedom to move, dance, laugh, be with like minded souls & not be judged. LIBERATION🤩
We move as we feel to the music in a gorgeous space filled with fairy lights with no one is watching as we are in our own space.

Hi everyone💜

We lovingly invite you to join us for a relaxing evening session at the Village Hall in Calcutt, Knaresborough 🥰

If you’ve never experienced a Sound Healing Meditation before then let me explain how it all works 🤩

Once you are all settled and cozy on your mat we will lead you into total relaxation with Nikki’s amazing guided meditation.

When you are fully in a total state of calm we will begin your Sound Journey which lasts at least an hour.

Because there are 2 of us playing the instruments we can create a continuous flow of the sounds which we blend together as we move around you all 🥰

Some of the instruments we have include hand made Drums (mine was made by me 14 years ago so she’s very special😇)
Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, Tuning Pipes (these are very long chimes which are tuned to specific hz frequencies for healing)
Tibetan Singing bowls, Native American flutes, Ocean Drum (who doesn’t want to hear the sound of waves 🌊🥰,
Rain stick, Shakers of all ranges (one even has amethyst and rose quartz crystals inside 💜💗) then for a melodic ending we have our Steel Tongue Drum, Hand Pan and Koshi wind chimes to create a soft and beautiful ending 💗💗💗

When we finish the session you have time to lay until you feel ready to sit up, looking up to the ceiling at a gorgeous light display and listening beautiful music.

Every guest takes a fresh flower home with them if they would like to take one and we always have affirmation/oracle cards to choose with a message to take away with you. 😇

We are very happy for you to look at the instruments and play them if you want to try (under supervision of course as they are our pride and joy🥰)

We absolutely love creating these sessions for our guests and to see all their sleepy relaxed faces at the end makes our hearts sing.
