Select 'Get a repeat prescription online'.
Select 'Online prescription system'.
(This will take you to the portal to log in and register.)

or further down the page

Select 'Fill out a repeat prescription request form'.
(By using this simple form you do not need to log and use passwords to request your medication. Complete this form and it is emailed directly to the reception team.

We would also like to use google translate cookies and analytical cookies to understand how our site is used and improve user experience. Analytical cookies send information to Google Analytics.

Our new website will be available from Monday 20th October. Please continue to use your current log in details to order prescriptions. There will be a new option where patients can complete a form online to order prescriptions. Go to the prescription tab on the website and follow the instructions.
