In 2013 we were awarded the Theo Paphitis SBS award for our core stability groups for children with Down syndrome. We have had several articles published with one in particular being blogged around the USA. We were named Global Health & Pharma Best Chartered Physiotherapist in East Yorkshire 2020. Our free Covid handouts reached Australia and Vietnam and Leeds lol.

Merry Christmas, everyone.

I have two pieces of information today. I will be closing the clinic on Friday, 19th at lunchtime, re-opening on Monday, 5th January 2026 for the Christmas break.

I still have a couple of appointments available for this week, so please get in touch.

Secondly, it is week 3 of the Christmas ideas, last week our pillows had sold out before we could actually suggest them on Facebook.

This week, we have our ever-popular vouchers.

We all have that one relative who lives with the pain, choosing to suffer rather than get it looked at, so why not help them by buying them a voucher for treatment at our clinic?

As we count down to Christmas, we are giving you gift ideas each week, and this week, it is the wonderful wobble cushion.

Improves core and back strength: The constant small movements needed to stay stable engage the core, back, and pelvic floor muscles.

What a great day getting to meet this hero. Mike has raised thousands and thousands of pounds for MND by performing such tasks as riding a chopper bike up the Andes, running the Paris marathon in ski boots and running 30 marathons in 30 days, he is a genuine British hero.
If you get the chance please offer him some support.

Mike Humphreys you have helped literally thousands of people and you should be incredibly proud of yourself.

As some of you know, last year through August I ran 60 miles in 30 days and you guys raised a phenomenal amount of money over £750.00.
This year I have decided to challenge myself a little more so, I have chosen to run 100 miles through April for Cancer Research UK.
I know times are tough for folk, but any spare money you have lying around I am sure would be greatly appreciated.
I will do, as I did last year, keep updating this page to show progress.

We have taken our foot off the ball where Facebook is concerned, for that, we apologise.

However, there is a good reason; we have two big pieces of news to share with you.

Some of you are already aware, but we have moved!! We are now at 7 Market Place, Patrington. After a lot of work, we are pleased to announce that we have two consultation rooms, increased privacy, and a larger reception/shop area.

The second piece of news is running alongside our award-winning physio practice. We have been granted the tender to perform NHS FREE Health checks for residents of the East Riding, hence the need for a second clinic space.

These are completely free to people aged 40-74 who reside and have a GP in the East Riding and are free of certain health conditions.
