🌿 1. Prepare Your Space
• Open a window or door so the old energy has somewhere to go.
• Place a small bowl of salt or a crystal nearby if you like anchoring elements.
• Take a slow breath in, and let your body settle.
🔥 2. Light Your Cleansing Tool
You can use:
• Dried herbs (rosemary, lavender, mugwort, cedar, etc.)
• Incense
• A smoke-free alternative like sound, water mist, or intention
Light it gently, then let it smolder. You don’t need a big flame—just a steady breath of smoke.
🌫️ 3. Begin With Yourself
Before cleansing the room, cleanse your own field.
Pass the smoke around your body, from feet to crown, moving slowly.
As you do, say (silently or aloud):
“I release what is heavy. I welcome what is true.”
Let the smoke drift away from you, carrying anything you no longer need.
🕯️ 4. Cleanse the Space
Move clockwise around the room.
Let the smoke touch:
• Corners
• Doorways
• Windows
• Any place where energy tends to linger
As you walk, speak an intention such as:
“Only clarity, peace, and protection remain here.”
or
“This space is cleared, refreshed, and aligned with my highest good.”
Let the words feel like a gentle command to the room.
🌬️ 5. Invite In What You Want
Once the clearing is complete, pause in the center of the room.
Hold your cleansing tool to your heart and say:
“May this space be a home for calm, creativity, and connection.”
(or choose your own qualities)
Imagine the room filling with a soft, luminous presence—whatever color or feeling resonates with you.
🧘 6. Close the Ritual
• Extinguish your herbs safely.
• Seal the ritual with a breath: inhale deeply, exhale slowly.
• Close the window when the air feels lighter.
You might place a crystal, a bowl of salt, or a small symbol of protection near the entrance to anchor the new energy.🙏
