Why on earth would anyone work with a Personal Trainer if you can just “jab yourself slim”?
Training alone has never been THAT great for losing weight…but what it IS great for is helping you become
✅ Stronger and more resilient
✅ Fitter and less fragile
✅ More confident and less anxious
✅ More energy and less moany
✅ Less aches and more experiences
It’ll help you live happier
It’ll almost certainly help you live longer
Ain’t no jab offering all of that anytime soon
And yes I used football goals as a metaphor because reasons 🤣
