Join me as we integrate 2025 and connect to intention in 2026 . Sunday the 4th of January we will move , breath , flow , rest and connect as a group .

This retreat takes place at newly refurbished The Joff in Peacehaven . It will be utterly peaceful as it will be closed to the rest of the public during this time .

All bodies welcome to join for a morning of pure full body and soul nourishment after an often busy festive period.

It’s easy to become disconnected whether it’s through life transitions , raising children , caring for relatives, working or other things entirely …

And it’s okay that this happens but it’s nice to know you can reconnect , with your breath , with your body and the part of you that lies underneath it all 🫶

Having a yoga practice has been a ritual in my life for years alongside teaching and it has seen me through many challenging seasons

It goes way beyond the fantastic physical benefits (which are amazing ) but it’s this connection to self , this feeling of grounding and having a safe space to rest in and just be that keeps me coming back for more every time .
