Some moments stay with you, and this is definitely one of them.
My wife Clare and I do very different work, yet we both pour so much heart into helping others grow, so to stand together and celebrate our achievements meant a great deal. ❤️

I was honoured to receive Hypnotherapist of the Year from the Prestige Awards, however seeing Clare recognised twice, with Drama School of the Year for the second year in a row and Creative Arts Director of the Year, filled me with pride.
She puts so much love and dedication into Acting Out and it is wonderful to see that acknowledged.

Just like we care for our physical and mental health, it’s just as important to look after our energetic health - what I call energy hygiene.

It’s the practice of regularly clearing, protecting, and maintaining your energetic space, especially when life gets busy or emotionally intense.

It doesn’t have to be complicated. Just consistent.

Burnout doesn’t always shout - it often whispers.

– Poor sleep despite exhaustion
– Irritability or frustration over small things
– Mental fog or lack of focus
– A feeling of being disconnected

These are more than just passing phases.
