Starting today off with a lovely 1-2-1 adapted Pilates session to help a young person and their family with regulation techniques 🧘‍♀️.

Morning folks! Thought I would post a wee video to show you exactly what fun today’s Wee Wanderers are going to get up too!

Each class is themed and we carry out structured themed activities related to;

👀 Visual (Sight)
👂 Auditory (Hearing)
✋ Tactile (Touch)
👃 Olfactory (Smell)
👅 Gustatory (Taste)
🧠 Proprioceptive (Body Awareness)
🌀 Vestibular (Balance & Movement)
🤲 Fine Motor
🏃 Gross Motor
💛 Social & Emotional

Not quite the back to work start I was hoping for today 😆. The girl’s school is closed today due to a burst pipe so we took ourselves on a gorgeous frosty walk before home schooling kicked in 🥶 🐶 🌲

Apologies if anyone is waiting for me to get back to them, I will work through outstanding admin as I can 🫶🏻.

My 2026 diary is busying up but if you are looking for a Physio appointment, new and return appointments are available. Just drop me a DM to get booked in.

As the year wraps up, I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to all the babies, toddlers, children, young people and their amazing families who come through the clinic doors. Thank you for trusting me with your wee ones 🫶🏻

Thank you for keeping me wonderfully busy doing what I absolutely love! This year I’ve been so lucky to welcome lots of new families, while continuing to support my brilliant regular patients — you’re all a huge part of why I love my job so much 💫

2025 has also been full of exciting firsts…
🌈 Wee Wanderers launched in February — a bespoke Physio-led developmental class. Growing to two classes a week (huge thanks to those who gently nudged me to believe it could be a success — and to everyone who supported me to expand!)
⚽️ And even squeezing in a trial Pilates Class with a local football team, which was super fun!

I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store… but for now from my wee team to yours, wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a healthy, happy New Year 🎄✨💙

What a way to finish our Wee Wanderers block with a Christmas themed class 🎄 🎅 !
Thanks for all the jingle bell ringing 🔔 , sleigh riding 🛷 snowball throwing ❄️ and snowflake crafting fun 🤩.

Not forgetting some of our Wee Wanderers Graduating 👩‍🎓 👨‍🎓 🫶🏻. We will miss you but what a pleasure to see these wee ones grow in confidence over the last weeks 🥰.

Wee Wanderers is back in January, classes are currently fully booked but pls do let me know if you want to be added to the waiting list. DM with your wee ones name, date of birth and your mobile no.
