As the year wraps up, I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to all the babies, toddlers, children, young people and their amazing families who come through the clinic doors. Thank you for trusting me with your wee ones 🫶🏻

Thank you for keeping me wonderfully busy doing what I absolutely love! This year I’ve been so lucky to welcome lots of new families, while continuing to support my brilliant regular patients — you’re all a huge part of why I love my job so much 💫

2025 has also been full of exciting firsts…
🌈 Wee Wanderers launched in February — a bespoke Physio-led developmental class. Growing to two classes a week (huge thanks to those who gently nudged me to believe it could be a success — and to everyone who supported me to expand!)
⚽️ And even squeezing in a trial Pilates Class with a local football team, which was super fun!

I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store… but for now from my wee team to yours, wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a healthy, happy New Year 🎄✨💙

What a way to finish our Wee Wanderers block with a Christmas themed class 🎄 🎅 !
Thanks for all the jingle bell ringing 🔔 , sleigh riding 🛷 snowball throwing ❄️ and snowflake crafting fun 🤩.

Not forgetting some of our Wee Wanderers Graduating 👩‍🎓 👨‍🎓 🫶🏻. We will miss you but what a pleasure to see these wee ones grow in confidence over the last weeks 🥰.

Starts Monday 12th January, Peebles

The classes are Physio-led and include lots of developmental support and advice to help your little one thrive 🥰. Plus time to chat with other mums/caregivers over a cuppa ☕.

This week, a lovely little lady 👧🏼 who loves Christmas came for her rehab session — so we brought Christmas to clinic 🎄 🎅.
Seeing her joy while working through her therapy was just magic 🫧 ❄️ ⭐️

A huge thank you to her family and therapy team for trusting me to be part of their journey. Your beautiful gift meant so much 💙

💙Kids Back 2 Sport Practitioner in the house ⚽️ 🏉 🚲 🩰 🏑 💙

I’m delighted to share that I have recently completed the Kids Back 2 Sport Course which will complement the 18years+ experience I have working as a Specialist Paediatric Physio.

This course will enable me to bring the most up to date evidence based treatment to my patients and their families and continue to deliver a
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ service to our local families.

I was lucky enough to be invited to Rosetta Early Learners today where we took part in an adapted Pilates session.

With a focus on moving our bodies, strengthening our muscles and looking after our minds we followed our Hungry Caterpillar theme. The children and grown ups learnt more than 10 different Pilates moves, finishing off with a calming mindfulness activity 🐛 🦋 🧠.

All the sessions offered are Physio-led and designed specifically for the children’s age and stage of development.

👶🏻 Monday Baby Massage classes 👶🏻

This gorgeous group of babies and their lovely mums have been coming to baby massage classes since May. It has been my absolute pleasure to watch them grow, develop and thrive 🫶🏻.

The bonds formed between mum and baby, baby and baby and mums has been incredible to see.
