It’s the swimming hat and goggles for me 🤣, you guys know I don’t take myself TOO serious, right?
Remember to be kind to your brain at this time of year, and that being kind to your body = improvement in brain.
Getting some movement can release feel good hormones (like endorphins), help to lower our stress hormones (like cortisol), and improve our quality of sleep!
So when everything may feel like it’s getting a bit much with the stress of Christmas remember,..
🎄Christmas is only one day, forgetting the stuffing won’t ruin your Christmas, don’t lose sight of what’s really important at this time of year
🎄Small movement can help shake off anxious feelings, make you feel a bit better, calmer and more grounded
🎄Being stressed = unproductive days, take some time for yourself and productivity may just improve
