Shoot Pictures Arrived 📸 ✅

I wanted to do another shoot this year for 3 reasons -

1 - Go through the fat loss process again & remind myself “how it feels” to better understand my clients 🧠

2 - Turning 30 in July was a biggie. I wanted a challenge at a time where I feel I have ‘less time’ than ever 🎈

3 - You feel absolutely phenomenal when you’re in decent shape 😎

I genuinely believe that over time anyone can achieve results with their body & health

Here’s the first look at some shots ⤴️

How to NOT ruin your progress between now & Christmas 🎅

Are you guilty of turning Christmas day into Christmas month?

Or like me in previous years, turning 10 days of Christmas into 2 months of Christmas?

Just when losing fat & keeping it off was hard enough,

Your about to be smacked in the face with…

☕️ Gingerbread Lattes
🥧 Mince Pies
🍫 People bringing you tubs of Chocolate
🍽️ 3 socials a week (& that’s just November)

And the 5 Christmas Party’s you’ve been invited to.

It’s overwhelming, how on earth will you manage it?

In fact, you’re accepting defeat already.

Only, you’ll be annoyed when January rolls round & you’re heavier than you thought.

November is THE TIME to be getting better habits in place.

If you haven’t started yet?

👉 Great, you’ve got a good 6 weeks before Christmas to get ahead of the new year.

Have you made some great progress this year?

👉 This is now your time to HOLD & BUILD.

I’ll be running maintenance phases/lean bulks with many of my clients from now into winter,

To protect results & gain muscle over the winter.

This is exactly what we’ve done with Damian over the past month since his Photoshoot.

Maintenance Phase & Reverse Diet ✅
The Lean Bulk Begins 🧱

He’s had plenty of meals out with friends & family in that time.

But his average weight is up less than 1kg.

Strength is climbing.

Energy levels are great.

He’s eating 1000 calories more per day but he’s keeping his shape.

Basically - he’s absolutely nailing it.

We’ve got his next 6 months mapped out,

He knows exactly whats to come before next Summer & how he can improve yet again.

But it all starts with a plan & a mindset to do your best.

This is not about being perfect,

This is about understanding you can have a lifestyle that keeps you fit, lean & healthy.

But also allows you to enjoy the experiences with your partner, family & friends things like Christmas bring.

Stepping Back 💭

I saw for November its men’s mental health month so thought I’d share some thoughts,

Do you ever have days where you question what you’re doing & why you’re doing?

It can feel like you’re a bit lost with it all…

People to see,
Messages to reply to,
Work to be done,
Responsibilities to uphold.

Life moving 100mph with no slowing down.

You can feel drained & disconnected from life.

If so, you’re not alone, I think a lot of people feel like it sometimes.

A great way to get your head back on track in my opinion is this,

Take a step back.

Remind yourself of the big picture & everything that gives you purpose.

For me those things would be,

Travel & experiencing life with Jess ✈️

Planning for the future 🌍

Learning & improving 🧠

Staying fit & active 💪🏻

Helping people improve their health & being a part of their journey 🎯

I am learning to be more grateful for these things.

As this is the stuff that motivates me when life is 100mph.

This fuelled with walks, coffee, podcasts, good food, football & a laugh is what keeps me ticking over 🙋🏻‍♂️

Always happy to lend an ear to anyone who may need it & those having a tough time of things at the moment.
