This is what getting lean ACTUALLY looks like for most people.

If you lost 1 pound of fat this week…

You’d lose an unnoticeable 64 grams of Fat per day.

If you continued this on average, watch what happens.

At 10 days? - this would be 640 grams.

AT 50 days? - 3.2kg

Over 100 days? - 6.4kg
