So what are the BEST foods to eat to drop fat? 🤷🏻♂️
Shock, it’s not Biscoff filled cream eggs - unfortunately.
But there’s definitely some staples I use EVERY time I get lean.
But I’ve been thinking, WHY do they work so well?
For me sticking to your diet ultimately comes down to managing hunger.
So you want maximum volume for minimum calories.
And of course it should taste ok.
But don’t fool yourself, if you’re losing fat, you’re not going to have taste bud exploding meals every day.
That’s just the reality of it.
For me, here’s 3 of my staples.
1 - White Potatoes
This will always be the No 1 for me, I don’t think I could stick to my calories without them.
They are versatile, they taste good & you can have a solid portion for 200-300 calories.
2 - Frozen Berries
Again, you can have a huge portion for low calories so the volume is unrivalled.
100g is under 50 calories, you can’t beat that to my knowledge?
Topped on oats or yoghurt is a solid option.
3 - 0% Greek Yoghurt
If there’s anything we’re short on, it’s time.
No one can tell me they’re too busy to get your protein in.
Half a tub of this (250g) is 25 grams of protein.
If its to sour, add 0.5-1 scoop of whey powder for a sweet pudding like taste.
Breakfast or as a snack, this is just so good.
And it’s very filling.
These foods may not be that exciting but honestly, you’ll be able to stick to your calories WAY easier & you’ll likely feel full.
Freddos, Meal Deals & Lattes will only get you so far with sticking to your calories 🤔
