Been a great December so far, can’t lie 🎅

Last December is was a bit of a Ebenezer Scrooge for a few reasons so I’ve enjoyed this one a lot more,

After a good 8 week push for my 2025 photoshoot (just over a month ago now)

It’s been absolutely great to enjoy more food & get in the festive spirit

🍕Great catch ups with friends
🍰Time with family
📸End of year client Photoshoots
🌲Sending out my terrible Xmas cards
🍫Getting chocolate through the post (always the best)

But hand on heart, I’m staying consistent with training/steps

And making sure good food habits stay put between the Christmas socials 🍽️🍺

You don’t need me to tell you the next week is about chilling out more

But with the new year looming

Here’s how I like to think about it ⤵️

There are times to push yourself (Jan & Feb being perfect), times to maintain & times to just totally relax (now)

For me this is what fitness is all about, getting results & enjoying experiences at the same time

It’s not a ‘one or the other’ question, fitness & a body transformation gives you MORE out of life

But you CAN find a way to do it

I’ve told Em about 43 times since her photoshoot how great I think she’s done this year 🙏🏻

Em’s got herself feeling good again physically after a tough start to 2025.

It’s easy to click on Em’s page & make a few assumptions…

😅“She’s a PT”
😅“It’s easy for her”
😅“She has all the knowledge of what to do”

Let me say, this isn’t easy

Yes, every PT knows “the body is a business card”

And you need to “walk the walk”

But life throws everything at you sometimes

In Em’s case,

She achieved this while

💻Running her business AM-PM
🧑‍🧒‍🧒Being a Mum to 2 young children
🍷Starting a new relationship & navigating date nights with fitness goals

Em will admit that there’s been many weeks where it’s been “far from perfect”

But that’s what I’m super proud about, she’s was consistent ENOUGH 🏆

And that’s what you should take from Em’s story

🙅🏻‍♂️What seems easy, often isn’t

💪🏻Perfection is often unachievable, being consistent enough is the goal

“I feel like myself again”

To say I’m buzzing for Kel is the understatement of the year 🙋🏻‍♂️

Fitness has always been a part of Kel’s life, but last year she was knocked back by a back injury.

She was on crutches for months

It felt like she’d lost a HUGE part of herself when her fitness suffered as a result.

But she vowed to regain her fitness, no matter how long it would take.

I had the pleasure of receiving a message off Kel back in April.

She wanted support for her July summer holiday to Mexico.

We haven’t looked back since.

Since week 1 she’s applied herself to the best of her ability.

🙅🏻‍♂️It hasn’t been about being perfect or taking all the joy from her life with a miserable diet.
