🌿 A Day of Sanctuary Practice at The VC Gallery 🌿
On Thursday 7th March, I’ll be holding a gentle, restorative day of Qigong, Neigong, Sanctuary Practice, Journaling and Manifestation at the VC Gallery, Britannia Road, Pembroke Dock (SA72 6PD) from 10:00am to 4:30pm.
We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and settle into a space designed for inner quiet and renewal.
Donna from Mystic Fairy Dust will guide a sanctuary‑centred meditation, and will also offer a small stall with crystals, incense, and other beautiful ephemera.
Jan from Driftwood will be with us too, offering drum healing and Reiki‑supported restoration.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Bring a notebook, pens, colouring pencils or highlighters, and a water bottle.
£30, including hot drinks — please bring your own lunch.
