A lovely friend of mine has created Sea and Steam, a mobile woodfired sauna overlooking Saundersfoot beach, here are some of the amazing benefits to Saunas 🧘🏼♀️
Sauna Health Benefits 🧠🧘✨
The physical benefits of saunas have long been widely recognized to aid with detoxification, improvements in circulation, sleep and skin conditions.
Research has shown using a sauna regularly has a significant reduction in the rates of cardiovascular disease, dementia and depression.
A few months ago I properly started Pilates and wow I have fallen in love with it! Reformer Pilates is something that I have always wanted to try, so I was so excited when Katherine Brace's Pilates and PT was starting her own Pilates and pt studio! Kath is an amazing instructor with such a great knowledge of the body and is so passionate about what she teaches!
This morning was my second 1-2-1 reformer session with Kath and I wanted to share all the benefits it has to offer!
- Improves core stabiliy and whole body strength
- Improves posture, balance and flexibility
- Reduces pain
- Can help prevent injuries
- Improves focus and cognitive functioning
- Boosts immune system through better circulation
- Improves mood
By working 1-2-1 with Kath it can really help focus on working the muscles correctly whilst keeping a good posture, it is something I will be recommending to all my clients as I have personally felt huge benefits from doing!
